Fort Privacy has managed hundreds of personal data breaches on behalf of clients and has developed robust breach management processes aligned with EDPB and Supervisory Authority guidance.

We will:

•        Provide policies, procedures, logs, and reporting tools

•        Support staff training and awareness on breach identification and escalation

•        Assess incidents, manage investigations, and coordinate reporting to the relevant supervisory authorities and data subjects where required

•        Ensure mitigation actions are identified and completed
